    Very nice. Just found this forum.

    OTJ 15 years, Mon. County, municipal PD. Looking forward to some good conversation w/other NJ officers.

          I think you'll like this site better...I also post at NJLawman but after a while I found that the level of conversation has stagnated..I don't mean to be harsh but the site is geared more towards people looking for LE jobs rather then serving LEO's . Plus I agree w/ "WT" the double secret probation password stuff was more anoying than it was worth. Again Welcome.

              Yeah, I also post at NJLAWMAN and your're right, the conversation is more about people trying to get a job in law enforcement and alot of them complain about how hard it's to get on the job.
