Collective Agreement/Contract Negotiations

Any current police officers, deputy sheriffs and Highway Patrol Officers in Montana, please contact me with information on your departments collective agreement(s). Please send me an email in private so we can discuss or exchange information.

We're going into collective bargaining this winter and we need to address a few issues. We need to stick together and exchange information in order to keep informed on bargaining issues.

You need to talk to Missoula PD as they seemed to get everything right during the last go round. They kinda set the bar for everyone else.

Thank Darkwulfe. Yeah I know they received a major increase as they were not attracting or losing too many trained officers. I got the call in and we'll see where that takes us.
