  • Goodbye Mississippi.

I moved here a little over 3 years ago so my wife could go to law school. I never thought I would leave this wonderful state with its wonderful people. I was fortunate to attend MLEOTA basic class 220 as a state parole officer and was later hired as a Game Warden with MDWFP. I can't begin to thank all the professional law enforcement officers I have grown to admire and respect. I'm going back home to Arkansas on Jan1st but I take a piece of this great state with me for the rest of my life.

    Thank you Mississippi

Magic 8-ball says yes. I'm tryin not to get my hopes up about the class, because it's always touch and go... But, yeah. When they open it up, I'm down like 4 flat tires.

            headonstraight,
I am staying in law enforcement. I'll be working on a drug crime task force in central Arkansas. I was in LE when I lived there before.

There will be many opening at MDWFP and they should have a class in 2011.....just assuming...lots of turnover and retirement with this agency right now.
