Hey guys, I'm a moderator over at 911jobforums.com/vB. This fella had a question about BCA. I know someone has to have more info than I have over here. Here it is:

Seeking info on Minnesota BCA...searches on the same here turned up nada salada. I have a little list, which may or may not be in vogue these days on the board, but I figure one post beats five little ones.
- Overall reputation in the state among other agencies...good, bad, etc?
- Types of non-narcotics cases worked
- Budget health of the agency
- Opportunities for OT and/or comp time
- Equipment (take home rides or not, type, weapons, tech gear, computers, laptops, optics, office space, etc)
- Size of the agent force
- Upward mobility
- Opinions on living in Minnesota
