Moving on to the second round with carver, good vibes on this one.

Have a friend who was a cso with carver. Sounded like a great cso gig. County wide type a deal. She got promoted to deputy but did not pass on fto.

Don't mean to pry, but do you know why she didn't pass?

Figured I would combine the threads to make it easier.

Carver County CSO: looking for one initially and finishing interviews this week. Solid group of guys who interviewed me and they were also on board with promoting the right CSO's internally. Certifying a list with those moving on to second round interviews the second week of july.

New Hope CSO: 2-3 spots with 16 being interviewed. A written test following the interview will be conducted, interviewing next week.

Anyone else involved? Any comments about either agency would also be appreciated, thanks.
