Just got this forwarded to me, haven't had a chance to check out any more of the story - supposedly it aired Nov 3rd.
Anyone know the deal here? I know it's all just speculation at this point, but something should eventually come to light as far as whether or not the dash cam was rolling earlier, any verbal/physical exchanges that took place prior to this tasing, etc...
