Does the BPD Academy have any other folks from other agencies in it? I know the Watershed Police recently said they were going to start sending folks to the academy - and I didn't know if it was to the BPD Academy, or another.

yes, we have balt city sheriff deputies, APD, school police, MTA, and i do believe watershed rangers will be here soon. we recently had a watershed ranger official doing some self defense training with us.

I've been at the Academy for the past 2 days, gotta love hicks. Anyways I have to admit that I think it's definetely heading in the right direction. Changed A LOT in the past 8 years.
