I reside in pittsburgh pa, I am considering joining the Baltimore city police department. I am currently in the Army national Guard, and I withhold a associates in criminal justice. I know there is a fourm for Baltimore PD but i dont feel like scrolling through hundreds of comments. Can someone just tell me is it worth it to join BPD, tell me a little about BPD, and what to expect.

I am going to the expedited process this weekend.
