Let me start by saying I'm a school hound. I try to go to all schools available. Does anyone know of any classes or schools that their depts are giving or hosting that will be open to other agencies? If so post what info you have. Thanks.

I'v been there RCTA (mississippi) to the T-cap/criminal patrol (interdiction) school. I recently put in a request to attend "Uniformed Officers response to street drugs" but still waiting to see if will get in. RCTA is kinda hard to get into, the classes fill up quick, whoever your dept has that does the signing up for you, has to be on the ball. Some classes tend to fill up within an hour of them opening the registration up.Ignored: Towncop, Pulicords, TacoMac, Ten08Comment

Gulf States RCPI is a good place to start. They'll send you announcements of local training they're putting on for LEO's. The last class I went to was hosted at the JPSO Training Academy, "First Line Supervision". It was free of charge as well.
