Kentucky State Police/Spanish

I heard that the Kentucky State Police send their guys down to Mexico to receive training in Spanish. The program is provided by the Kentucky Institute for International Studies. I'm going to Mexico this summer for Spanish/Criminal Justice studies and I hear what I will be doing is similar to the KSP program. Anyone know anything about this?

I'm not sure about KSP doing this, but I know Lexington does the Immersion Program and I think they won a national award for it too.
