    although anything is possilbe, I seriously doubt the state will hire that many probation officers at once. The state has been in a bad budget crunch for years. As a result, they've had numerous hiring freezes and when they do hire, it's only to meet the vacant demands. Regardless, all jobs are posted at kentucky.gov Go here to conduct a search for availble positions: http://kentucky.gov/employment/Pages...mployment.aspx

    then click on "apply and search for state employment"

    Nope. You have to have the degree to even be put on the registry.

    Just wanted to give you guys and gals a heads up to new positions coming up in the next couple of months. This bit of info was told directly to me (and my training class) today by the Director of Probation and Parole.
