A bit of short notice, but Thursday 10/29/09 from 10am to 2pm Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, KY is having a Criminal Justice Job Fair.

Many local, as well as State and Federal Agencies, will be in attendance. Not just Law Enforcement, but Courts, Corrections, and Juvenile Services agencies will be in attendance. Many graduate programs will be in attendance as well.

Each of these agencies should have HR and recruitment reps avail. I'm sure dropping off a few resumes won't hurt your chances with them. I know everyone in attendance IS HIRING for one position or another within their respective agency.

If you are looking for a Western KY LE job, I highly recommend you come to this fair. I know last year at least 3 students and a few others from the community received jobs or transfers from contacts made at this job fair.

This is only the 2nd year for this and there are countless man hours put into arranging this and making it happen. Please spread the word, we hope to continue to grow.

well the only sad thing is that i'm in a hiring pool with almost all of the agencies listed. but hey who knows this might turn up something. is there a website or anything that might yeild some more info?
