DPS academy?

I'm hearing that they went back to a full 21 week academy even for certified officers. WTF? When are these guys gonna get it? What certified officer in their right mind would go thru 21 weeks of pure hell and BS when they're already certified? Then they'll start crying and whining cause they're not getting quality apps again. It's not like the money is that great. What a joke..
