It reads like Scudder was employed by the Indiana State Police. He was not. He was a Greensburg Police officer. The Indiana State Police were called to investigate him. TMZ get your facts stright!

Actually the TMZ story does say that he was a Greensburg Officer
"according to prosecutors, 37 year old Greensburg police officer....."Comment

It does now... However, yesterday it stated, "37 year old Indiana State Police Officer". TMZ edited there story.Comment
