Oral interview was Thursday May 16th. Still waiting on the results email.

Follow up on the last post in case anybody is wondering, I had my poly July 10th and med/psych July 31st.

Just heard they cut 37 people at yesterday's Merit Board Meeting 9/3.

candidates 1-13 recommendation of rejection
14-31 med/psych failure
32-37 withdrawal

Currently in the process still, I’m an out of state applicant. Took my Poly/ Med/ psych in early August.. Have an upcoming home visit scheduled in the next couple weeks.

Went to PERF in early September. Any idea when we'll hear anything?

It took me about 2 weeks to hear anything back.

If you mean PERF as the visit to Public Safety Medical for med/psych, I did not hear anything since going there July 31st till the detective called me on Sept 17th to schedule a home visit, which is for tomorrow Sept 24th.

boom1222, It was a very informal visit. My BI just started off letting me know that if you are in this final stage it looks very good. He went over the job, benefits, shifts, pension etc, and what happens next if you get the call. He told me that they cannot give recommendations to the Merit Board who make the final decision Nov 5th but said he personally thinks I have a very good chance and would be highly disappointed if he doesn't have good news for me on that day considering my background and file... so i dunno I'm guessing it went ok? It took about 30 minutes. Just be relaxed, try to have your place clean, be yourself and ask any questions you have, its the perfect time for that.
