Any insight on Lafayette or West Lafayette Police Department?

I was wondering if anyone has any insight on the two departments, I seen that they are hiring and I wanted to know any information on department morale? Thank you.

Both are top quality agencies. LPD is much larger the WLPD. Both have Chief's I count as friends and respect them both very much. Top notch men all the way. I think Purdue PD may also be looking to hire in the near future. If you have specifics, PM me or post them here and I can ask the guys I know at both places.
