Hello all, last week I interviewed with Fishers pd. Was wondering if anyone else did and if they think they did well? Also, was curious if anyone knows much about the process or how many they're hiring...etc.

I interviewed with Fishers as well, also waiting to hear back on the score. Seemed like the interview went well to me, but it's very hard to know how they scored it..

Supposedly they score it off of how many anchor words you use in the answer

Nope... I keep checking the Govt Jobs website hoping to see a score but nothing so far.

I got an email this morning with my overall ranking. I'm in the top 10% but haven't received any other communication. Anyone know how many they are hiring? I've been told 2 immediate positions and rumors of 5-7 more for the next year. The 5-7 seems like a lot but with Fishers growing and converting from a Town to a City it could be accurate.

I've heard the same. They usually will mail top 10 applicants a background packet and do backgrounds until they fill the positions

I got an email as well, also in the top 10%

After my interview I asked and was told it was 2 positions with a possibility of several more by the beginning of next year and they were going to use this applicant pool to fill all of them.
