I got my PERF packet, but I think that has to do with the fact that I am out of town. I have my poly scheduled for 4/14 and medical/psych on 4/15.

ADVICE FOR THOSE WHO MAY BE IN THE 6TH RECRUIT CLASS.

I'd like to offer up 1 piece of advice for those who may be starting the next class. If you haven't done so yet, start learning your way around Indianapolis. Not ALL of your classes are held at the Academy, so you should start learning now. Geographic Orientation is always a HUGE issue, even with people from Indy, because most don't understand how the "coordinate" system of addressing works. START NOW! And, good luck to all.

i passed my poly today... my psych and med are on thursday next week, they are moving fast

i got my perf packet after my poly

for those interested, i asked how many were left in the process... HR told me they sent about 240 to backgrounds and polys....just fyi... and they are looking at a class of about 80

by the way Dep. Reed... did they tell you that you "PASSED" your polygraph? did you know when it was over?

yeah i passed i got the packet after i got finished the poly..i realized what i put about the PERF packet after i typed it but havent been able to get on to fix it. so yeah i got my med & psych on monday. The poly guy said "ill know if you passed by the time you get back downstairs"

Definitely waiting for the offer of employment. Personally, I feel really good about how everything went, so I'm feeling good about my chances as well and I figure at this point, everything is out of our hands.

Whats the expected time frame of them notifying us of the go/no go people? I dont' want to waste $25-$100 on Apartment applications if I'm not chosen!

My investigator told me she thought that it would be in early May, but no guarantees on that.

I know the merit board met last week, supposedly to cut people, not to select the actual class
