  • question for LEO!

If an officer does a CQH (LEADS?NCIC), can he/she see that the person is, was an applicant with the PD due to fingerprints being taken?
If an applicant gets pulled over for a traffic violation, can the officer see what dept. was he testing for , or can he see anything at all in computer systems?
A group of friends have a debate regarding this.....,a bet is in place too::))
    thanks.

The only thing it would show is if you had been run by a PD within the past 10 days.

In order for something to go on your CQH, they must be sent to the B of I along with a criminal charge. I don't know of any department that would do that to an applicant. Unless, of course, you tested for Ford Heights or Harvey at one time......hahaha
