I emailed them to see where I was in the process they emailed me back with saying to call HR!! They said to email them as they can help with answers.. well I got mine … continue calling HR!!

I would say that's what is holding you up for sure. Make sure your transcripts get to the right people. Age and credit hours will hold you up until you meet those requirements.
