Took FPT today, POWER test standards have been lowered. Males 20-29 sit ups are 33/minute and 1.5 mile run is now 14 mins flat. Congrats to all those who passed.

Its my understanding that the next communication you get is your NTR if everything goes well.

If anyone is going through the process, CPD sent on FPT emails for the October class yesterday. Check your emails if you are waiting on FPT notice. Looks like they are filling Octobers class now. Good luck to everyone!

I got the email about an hour ago. I am going to reach out to my investigator. I thought I passed since she said it herself I had no red flags so I’m just confused

Still in academy rn but nearing my end . From what I have heard they make a recommendation to cpd based off the interview and what not . Not entirely sure how true that is but it’s what I have heard …

For the ones that are here that started Friday, just stick in there the first 2-3 weeks or so they are hard on you then let up. So don't quit.

How many people usually quit?

from my class I would say 4 quit and 2 got fired.But from what I've heard about the 3 classes that started after, quite a few people quit.

I'm glad that the process is tough at the start! Great way to flush out people who may be a liability on the streets. If you cant handle the process in the academy, you definitely cant handle the REAL streets!
