Now I think once a year. I don't know how they look at the violations. I think they look at a combination of factors such as seriousness, number, time frame, etc.

Any alcohol arrests (DUI) within two years will automatically cause you to fail the psychological. This information was received from an employee at the Center for Applied Psychology and Forensic Studies. Keep in mind that this only applies if CPD is still using this agency for evaluations.
