Questiona bout required documents:

* STATE VEHICLE REGISTRATION(S) ! If both cars are on my wife's name but insurance is for both of us. Should I still show copy of STATE VEHICLE REGISTRATION(S)? and if yes, for both cars?

*STUDENT LOAN STATEMENTS- do I need one or more?

*CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS- only card that are on your name or the one on your spouse name too? And should it be most recent?

*HOUSING COSTS- if Electricity is on my wife's name, should I count it as mine or not? I would say YES, since we use it in our house but want to make sure if they need ONLY stuff that has my ss# and name on it or not?!

Im sure this question was addressed already, so I apologize for asking again. I just submitted a PHQ yesterday. What should I expect next? Will Kentech contact me via phone, email? Also, any time frame I can expect a home interview? I know it's all on individual case basis, but any rough guess would be highly appreciated.

On your PHQ do they ask about your driving record.

For people that do not know their neighbors well, how did you get their information from them?

Once you send in your PHQ, kentech will usually contact you via email a week later. You will have to fill out the same documents but have 24 to 48 hours to complete it. Kentech will ask for four neighbors if you lived at your current address for a year. If not, they want neighbors from your previous address.

One of the forms they ask you for is your driving record abstract. So they'll have your driving record which I believe goes back 7 years.
As far as your neighbors go, just go introduce yourself. Somebody on here said it well before that older people are home a decent amount and they like to see younger people trying to do good, so they are good options for this. Just go say hello, tell them you are trying to become a PO and ask if they wouldn't mind being listed as a neighbor reference. You have to put yourself out there for this one if you don't know your neighbors very well.
