Info on Aurora PD

I checked previous threads, but couldn't find much on Aurora. Anyone have any info on the pd? The shifts, morale....basically how is the department ran. Training....etc. Basically I hear it's a great pd, but would like more insight. Respond please or pm if possible. Thanks!

I contacted the Background investigator 2 weeks ago in regards to my position in the hiring process (number 8x). I took my polygraph exam 3 months ago. He stated that they're in the 50 range with the background investigations. He continued to say that if they go off the list for another year that they would reach my number. Hope this gives you an idea.

They're on the 90's on the list already. Rumor is they're supposed to hire at least 50 within 3 years due to retirements.

Did anybody else make the list for Aurora? It's pretty long with over 230 ppl on it.

I made it but I am down in the early 100s. I have no clue as to how far Aurora usually makes it down their list.
