How often do you all enforce the Graduated Driver's License program laws?

I try to be pretty lenient on them usually a warning and a little roadside law lecture but the other night I had a 17 y/o tick me off and I wrote him multiple citations and couple were GDL violations.

Well...

If it was one violation and the kid
understood; I would give the kid
a warning...

If it was multiple violations, he would get
at least one mover and the cutting a
break lecture and let him go...

Now if he was a total munch face, I would
write all of the infractions...
