I hear you downlifer...have seen that one more than a few times. Heres one, your running to a hot call (man w gun,robbery in progress etc.) and you pass your sgt at warp 5 and see hes responding at about 35mph. He then is the last to show up when you know hes closer than the rest of the guys who show up. Yes we have a sgt like that. I always felt hed be better suited to be an ast mng at kinkos than a cop.
