Probably just nervous because Im so use to doing the POWER test that this is out of the norm for me. Well just hope for the best. Only thing that bothers me is the PAT down thing.

physical in reference to what?

10 PAT downs on tape placed on a wall, untimed. Then run down a hallway, up a pair of stairs to second floor, 1 minute break, then back down the stairs down the hallwway and drag a 150lb dummy 5 ft. Total time is 68 seconds.

I was on will county's website and saw their physical exam. Is it really that easy or am I missing something.I ask becuase I have their exam this weekend.
