Illinois Conservation Police

Any CPOs out there? I was wondering if conservation will hire soon, and if you are already a certified police officer, do you just attend the conservation academy, and not the ISP end? I would also like to know what the morale is like with the budget issues with good old Blow-Go? Seems like the DNR is getting the short end of the stick the last few years.
