    I would do a mock test and see where you are currently.

    I am currently "buffing" up for the academy or at least trying not to make an *** out of myself once I get there.

    I run/walk for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. I do pushups/situps on alternating days. I do as many as I can.

    I am definitly no expert, but it is helping for me.
