Apd?

So! After an 8 year stint in the Navy i have decided to hang up my peacoat. I was hired for the Nevada Dept of Corrrections but, after stumbling across the APD web Site i am starting to rethink it.

I guess i am just wondering if APD is worth it. How are their hiring standards and how much attention do they pay to credit history?

I tested very well with numerous agencies but credit always seemed to jump up and bight me just when everything was looking great.

Any info i could recieve would be greatly appreciated.

Ohh BTW.....No repos or bankrupcies, just an ex wife who takes me for everything and then some.

You need to stumble onto another agencys' web site.. NOT APD.. they are going through some serious issues right now. And concerning your credit history, just make sure you are doing something about it. Don't just sit there and let it get any worse. Try to fix the problems. It looks so much better to the department if you are making an attempt to fix it than not.
