I've seen some big guys best smaller guys in the run. If you can still run, go ahead and do it.

        Sit Ups

What is the best way to start practicing for the sit up part of the agility test?

It should not be waiting around!! Right now there is a guy out there that is working out, right now, getting himself into shape so he can beat you, so he can escape from you, SO HE CAN KILL YOU. You will have to face that man one day. Will you be ready, he will. Let that sink in for a minute and you decide if right now is a good time to start working out.

Rapax is right...some of these perps are in great shape. Almost tempting to become a perp so I can get ripped :P....j/k.

I know you have trouble losing weight because of a medical condition, but you should be able to lose some with exercise and eating right (if you're not doing so already). Once you start losing that little bit of weight, the sit-ups will become easier to do. Not to mention sit-ups are just like any other exercise. If you do a moderate amount of sit-ups, rest a day or two, then do another moderate amount of sit-ups, you'll get start building your ab muscles.
