Chattahoochee Hills PD

Got a friend that has been out of Law Enforcement for a few years and looking to get back in. He is considering Chattahoochee Hills PD (South Fulton area) and had asked me if I know anything about this department. I did not know they had a police department until my friend asked about this.
Anyone out there with info about this new PD?? Pay? Take home vehicles? Call volume? Support from mayor/council? Officers per shift?

Any information provided would be greatly appreciated.

They have about 6 officers. The police chief is also the fire chief...he looks about 35 years old.

No takes homes.

You'll get support from the mayor as long as you do what he says.

Doubt they've ever received a 'hot call'... it's completely rural. I'd be surprised if they had more than 2,500 residents.

There are many more small city options than this place.

Actually, they just had their first homicide, found and arrested the murderer. You really need to see the news.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like the type of place my friend is looking for, as he was never into the "run your butt off from call to call" type setting anyway.
