So who all is still waiting on that call for psych eval or rejection email? I haven't gotten either one, but my hope is fading. I feel like I may have been given false intel

$132 at Vision Works. Walmart was going to be $70 but they didn’t have an opening for Monday. Didn’t even think of Target. So much money spent on all of this.. hopefully it’s not done in vein.

Doctors doing doctor things. My last eye exam wasnt horrible but i imagine every doctor and pricing is different.

Can you believe I went back today to get my TB re checked and they’re doing another one cause they said it’s “expired”?! But they told me to come back after 1pm on Sunday! Jesus. And now I have to go to a Vision Works tomorrow for the exam. God I hope it’s not expensive. Cause I had to pay again for the TB.

For vision I went to eye specialist of mid Florida, for medical I went to a place somewhat local that was on the urine list to pick from as well that did my physical called MediTest they did my urine and physical.

Lawl where did you end up going? I don’t know why it was so expensive. I don’t have vision, don’t wear glasses either so I hope it’s not an arm and an eye ball. Also, I had all my forms, you need to wait until you receive them because they need to mark off on your forms in order to turn everything in.

Did you get the medical forms yet? Or are you just doing the exams anyways if so , what did you tell your doctor you needed done and all that so I can start scheduling and getting the ball moving . Thanks!

So I just went through this same thing however, mine was 165$ plus the 50$. However. For the eye portion. Just throw out the paper they filled out and have your optometrist do it entirely. From my experience, what they wrote down and what my optometrist wrote down was twk diff things lol. As someone said way earlier, my optometrist had to pull out his book for a few of the things. Also, the depth perception test ( to me ) was the worst part.

I saved my yearly eye exam for this reason as well to do it all at once so insurance covered it lol.
