Do all S Florida agencies require laterals (taser and OC exposure)

I'm a NY LEO lateral to a sheriff's office in FL and they are not requiring me to get an OC or taser exposure. Taser should be good for life once you get it the first time wherever you go because it's through the taser company, not really a department or state policy thing for that specifically.
