If this is your first LE job I would take the first one to offer me a job.

You don't want to keep bouncing from one spot to another. Go with the place that you want to be at long term and hires you of course.

A conditional offer is not a job offer. There is still some form of process to go through before you have a job. Furthermore there are many variables to consider including salary, benefits and working conditions. Just because the large department plans to hire in a few months is not a guarantee that they will, and is not a guarantee that they will hire you.

    Job Offers

Recently moved to Central Florida after quite a few years up north. Just recently received a Conditional Offer from a small department. I'm also in process with a larger agency, which will be hiring within a few months. Opinions--take the smaller department job until the larger agency opens up or turn it down and wait?

    Thanks all
