  • Florida free law enforcement training courses

I'm aware of the FDLE courses that are usually paid by the region; however, I'm always looking for extra learning opportunities.

If anyone has any information in reference to any free law enforcement training courses, post away!

I would imagine that the chances of a study course like that being free and accurate AND updated is slim to none. You're going to be putting money into this career anyway, may as well put a few bucks into a study guide.

    Myfloridapoliceexams.com covers everything.

I think he was referring to advanced training, not academy training. But I could be wrong.

If you're interested in DUI/Traffic related things, check this out: All of the courses are free covered by the Florida Department of Transportation Grant.

Also check out this link, they have some advanced training that are offered online and on sites:

Find out where your local FBI office is and get in touch with the Police Training Specialist. All the training the FBI puts on is free.

Contact the academies. I get emails all the time about advanced officer training being offered.

As others have noted, check your local academies. Generally on their website you will be able to find a tab that says, "Advanced and Specialized Training", that is what you're looking for.
