  • Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit

Anyone have any info on this state agency? Is the Law Enforcement Officer position an investigator position or just security for their facility? Thanks.

It's not really an entry level position either. I've come in contact with several of them during various investigations, and they've all had prior experience conducting investigations at other agencies.

Thanks for the info guys. I noticed they had a job posting for the Tampa office. Job requirements seemed pretty low...as does the pay. What seasoned investigator is going to take a job in the $33,000-$43,000 range? Here is the job posting http://www.myfloridalegal.com/agnet....257893007129C7

Some work for insurance companies, some work for the Dept. of Health as civilian investigators, and others have worked at other law enforcement agencies. FDLE doesn't pay all that well either compared to what seasoned investigators make at lots of local agencies, yet they never have problems hiring anyone with experience.
