No word on when BSO will open up hiring again for full-time positions. We have been sending a lot of guys from the jail onto the road who gained their certification while working in the jail. We also opened up the reserve deputy positions and will sponsor for those positions, which leads me to believe that they want to create an applicant pool to pick from when there are no more corrections deputies to choose from.
