I have a question.
I have a 14 year old daugther who lives in Cape Coral with her mom and her mom's Boyfriend, i just found out yesterday that her mom gave her Boyfriend permission to Tattoo my 14 year old on the ankle. He is not licensed but owns a tattoo gun, He also has a huge criminal record. i have called DCS before on them because they fight like cats and dogs and have a ver unstable living Climate at home. I am a resident of Tennessee and was wondering what can i do? Even if the mom gives consent to get Tattooed at a parlor is 14 old enough?? I just saw the pics of her Tattoo on her Myspace page yesterday.. any info will help guys.. Thanks!!!!!
