Pasco SO

So I received an email from Pasco SO, which has said I've been placed into Phase II of the hiring process. That's pretty much just the PHQ, and PAT / TABE testing.


Is there anyone on this bored who works for, or closely with Pasco SO? Anyone have any info about the department? What sort of specialty teams are offered there? How is the leadership? Morale of the agency?

I know there's a lot of turnover and we've had seven or eight of their deputies come to work for us this year so far. That said, most of the ones who have come to work for us have been pretty squared away, so I'd say it's a pretty good place to gain some experience. I know that their pay scale and benefits aren't that great, which is the main reason why there's such turnover.
