Hello all. I am from New Jersey and looking around at different states to apply for. I read that the FHP is currently losing a lot of people. Just curious if anyone knows the reason for this. Is it the pay? It's a beautiful place to live, so I figured I would ask around before I make a trip down and appied. Any information, insight, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Pay is number 1 but its more than that as well. You shall see. Frost and Lean G are good about being honest about the patrol. Good luck!
