with current contract and state retirement plan

i get 2 % for every year with agency, up 25 yrs for 50% paid

and i get on top of that: $5 for every year for being a county empoyee,
        to defray the 50% cost

new empoyees do not get paid post retirement insurance benifits

Orlando PD we currently have medical for us post retirement. Not for depends though. New hires will not get this benefit, they get a medical savings account of some sort. It's a huge benefit.
