Does anyone have any insight into the department? From what I can read online, they have an MOU with the San Bernardino county sheriffs office to provide law enforcement services to the San Manuel Indian reservation. Are they security or police?

Security with limited arrest authority (more so detaining) on tribal property. You're still required to have BSIS security credentials while working.
