Any San Diego LEOs on here?

Hello all, I have some questions for SD area LEOs, specifically San Diego Sheriff's and Escondido PD. PM me or respond if you will. Thanks in advance.

They are all out working second jobs trying to survive on police wages in San Diego

NYCopper they start off extremely low in comparison to other CA POST agencies, but they make it up in about 6-7 years once they top out. Still low in comparison to some of the Nor/Central Cal and LA County departments.
