Hello,
Have anyone worked or knows about the Cal State San Bernardino police department. The hiring process , is it easy to get in or not . Did they require Polygraph or not .

Same as every other UCPD. Yes they have a poly. The dept is under some scrutiny due to a recent incident.

Is there a specific reason why you’d like to work for CSU San Bernardino? Just an FYI, CSU police doesn’t pay very well. The call volume is also very low. If you are an entry level applicant, I would suggest applying elsewhere unless you plan on doing school policing for the long term.

They have a great health insurance and retirement plan. The reputation of the department is not so good though.
