I will be going to the academy this summer. Luckily, I have a few months to get myself into shape. I've been running and taking kickboxing classes. My question is for anyone who has actually gone through the academy. What is the percentage of drop outs? What are the reasons for people to drop out? I know there is a lot of running, so how much running should I actually be prepared for? I'm asking this because I hate running but I am forcing myself to run at least 4 times a week.
