I am applying to the LAPD and would like to ask a question,
Did the department completely restrict the use of the Streamlight SL-20 to officers who already had them after the Stanley Miller Incident?
If so, what are the new officers allowed to use ? Can they use the polycarbonate version of the same flashlight ?
or was I misinformed about the Policy ?
Also, I have seen officers wearing the Glock with the flashlight attached, is this allowed for all officers or is it for specialized units only ?
