Thanks guys.
The first link looks more like what I'm after, Police level motorcycle training, but it seems to be actually for LEOs, I'm an experienced civilian who just wants to improve his roadcraft and machine control and make sure he's not doing anything stupid without realising it.
The Experienced Ridercourse that the MSF offers is still pretty poor compared to European training, it's essentially the same as the Basic Ridercourse but you ride your own machine, it's fine for new riders who haven't been riding very long, but I consider the content fairly elementary - after all, how advanced can it possibly be if you never actually go on the road?

CHP or Police Motorcycle Training
In the UK there are a number of police-run training courses for motorcyclists, generally covering advanced roadcraft and safety.
Is there anything like this out here in California?
On a related note, pretty much all the training in the UK is actually done on the road, not in a car park, how come US training all takes place in car parks?Tags: None
