    also at a college if you are not a student you can be asked to leave at any time regardless of walking skateboarding or riding a bike. although the college is a public place there is still a rule of conduct that all parties must follow.

    What violation would they be committing? You can't make someone stop doing something that's not against the law. The signs are irrelevant. If there is a law against it, then yes you can. With or without signs. In my city we have a muni code for skating in the street and on sidewalks we can cite for it. You won't ever see a sign though.

    Can skateboarders be kicked out of a public college campus, open campus, if there are no signs posted and no written policy forbidding skateboarding ?
