  • LASD culture inquiry

In consideration of the LAPD Chief's stance on impounding the vehicles of unlicensed drivers (and to a large degree, illegal residents) and advocating for licenses for the previously mentioned group of people, what is LASD's position on this polarizing issue? Do patrol Deputies generally enforce this law, or is enforcement considered to be an unofficial taboo?
